LINCOLN – The Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) re-elected Tim Schram of Gretna to serve as chair for 2026. Commissioners approved the election during their Jan. 6 meeting, maintaining the same leadership they chose in 2025. First elected in 2006, Commissioner Schram is serving his fourth term representing District 3, which includes Sarpy, Saunders and western Douglas counties in eastern Nebraska.
Commissioner Kevin Stocker of Scottsbluff was re-elected vice chair. He was elected to the Commission in 2022 and represents District 5, which encompasses 51 counties across much of Nebraska. Commission leadership positions are elected annually.
