Aurora SB Falls Late at Lakeview

Lakeview broke open a pitcher's duel in the final two innings for a 5-2 win over Aurora on Thursday. It was scoreless through four and a half. Sydney Spohn's two-out two-run double broke the tie. The Vikings would add two more and get another two-out run in the sixth. Nebraska recruit Cali Bentz struck out 16 for Lakeview.

Londyn Teahon's two run homer in the sixth was the bright spot offensively for the Huskies. Vivi Farhnbruch and Adrianna Brei each had two hits for Aurora. 

Aurora hosts Seward on Tuesday before the Central Conference Tournament. Next coverage of the Huskies will be October sixth at the Hastings Triangular with GICC on 97.3 the Wolf.
