Offender: Moises Llamas Lopez

Location of Incident: 2620 W Faidley
Brief Narrative: On 05-05-2024 at approximately 2037, officers responded to 2620 W Faidley Ave, Saint Francis ER, in reference to a disturbance. The reporting party said that a male was being combative and threatening staff. Male later identified as Moises Llamas Lopez by his Nebraska driver's license threw a punch at security and was restrained by hospital security and staff. Moises would spit in the face of a security guard and would break his prescription glasses during the altercation. Moises would also cause damage to the hospitals counter. He would try to grab an officer's firearm from the holster mentioning the firearm. Moises would continue to resist officers and staff after commands were given while trying to place him into handcuffs. He would spit on officers and grab an officer's hand digging his nails into it and braking skin. Moises would be sedated by hospital staff and evaluated. He would later be discharged from the hospital and placed into custody. He was arrested for Assault on Officer 3rd Degree, Obstruction, Attempt of a class 3 or 3a Felony, Assault Public Safety Officer Bodily Fluid x 3, Criminal Mischief x2

Offender: Antonio Garcia Del Sol

Location of Incident: 2323 Bellwood Dr; #31
Brief Narrative: Antonio Garcia Del Sol used a knife to scare his girlfriend's ex-partner by leaving his residence and approaching the ex's vehicle window with the knife in his hand while attempting to open the car door. When the ex began to drive away, Antonio chased the vehicle on foot, picking up a large rock and following until his girlfriend made him drop it. Antonio Garcia Del Sol was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 28 year old female Incident #: L24050233
Date and Time of Incident: 5/3/24 @ 15:00
Location of Incident: 920 S Clark St
Brief Narrative: On 5-3-2024 at or around 1548 hrs, Officers responded to 920 S. Clark Street in reference to a welfare check call for service. It was reported, a male and female were involved in a physical altercation. The male and female were determined to have been involved in a dating relationship. During the altercation, the female claimed the male impeded her normal breathing.

Offense: Counterfeit Currency
Victim: Pumpers Incident #: L24050208
Date and Time of Incident: between 5/1/24 & 5/3/24
Location of Incident: 1904 N Diers Ave
Brief Narrative: Bank employee reported a counterfeit $100 bill that was received from Pumpers during a deposit. Pumpers employee contacted and provided description of the subject who passed the $100 bill. Case will be active while the store conducts a review of the video.

Offender: Zachariah Towler, Gabriel Alcorta and Genoveva Sanchez
Date and Time of Incident: 5/4/24 @ 18:03
Location of Incident: 318 S Clark
Brief Narrative: On 05/04/2024 at approximately 1803 hours officers responded to a disturbance at 318 S. Clark Street. Upon arrival, officers contacted Zachariah Towler, Gabriel Alcorta and Genoveva Sanchez. It was determined while inside the fenced area of Wasmer Elementary, Gabriel threatened four bystanders, two adults and two juveniles, in a menacing manner. Zachariah and Gabriel then engaged into a mutual fight, where both parties received visible injuries. While engaging into the mutual fight, Zachariah struck Genoveva in the face while attempting to get to Gabriel. During the altercation, Genoveva pulled an adult female by the hair to pull the adult female off of Gabriel. After both parties were separated, Zachariah got into his vehicle and drove his vehicle in the direction of Genoveva and another adult female. Zachariah stated he was attempting to "scare them". Zachariah Towler arrested for Terroristic Threats, Use of Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, 3rd Degree Assault and 3rd Degree Assault Mutual. Gabriel Alcorta cited for 3rd Degree Assault Menacing Threats x2, Child Neglect x 2 and 3rd Degree Assault Mutual. Genoveva Sanchez cited for 3rd Degree Assault.
